I heard that if you order pizza in the Metaverse service, it will come to your home. So how can you deliver it to your REAL house?

It has been found that JEFF World Metaverse does not have a teleport function yet, so has the teleport feature been developed?

- As a partner company, Domino’s pizza will be in JEFF World, and Avatar can visit the branch. JEFF is a subsidiary of Danal, and Paycoin operator “Danal Fintech” is JEFF’s largest shareholder; Paycoin Town will open within JEFF World, and it can be shipped using this Paycoin (PCI).

You have to move directly from JEFF World, but you can teleport from home to home by using the Warp pass found in Thank U Mint or having multiple lands.

1. How did you get to know 82.House to partner with and to proceed with AMA?

- 82. House is a well-known alpha community that introduces domestic and overseas projects well. As an investor before a project representative, I’m honored to introduce JEFF World here.

2. What are the characteristics of JEFF World? Domino’s Pizza is in a partnership, so I wonder if it is a partnership aimed at offline connection after that and if the partnership with offline companies going to be consistent.

- There aren’t many platforms yet, and most of them are in preparation, and they’re all on a new path. I think any metaverse service should be enjoyable and happy to be in that world or space. So, I think JEFF World should be worth his time.

That will be one of the reasons why JEFF World is connected because JEFF World users can take rewards from metaverse activities.

Rewards are an important part of JEFF World. But more importantly, it also matters how much content is linked to reality and what fun it has. JEFF World hopes to become a metaverse platform that is needed in life, not a space that is far from real life.

The common feature of companies that form partnerships including Domino’s Pizza is that B2C companies have many offline stores. The benefits offered to them will be more connected to reality.

3. Can I decorate My room with another NFT? Can we frame NFT images of other ecosystems that have MOUs?

- After meeting with companies, most of them are negative about issuing NFT coins, but they are positive about issuing NFT coins. I think that’s a chance for them to market expansion.

I think it’s possible to decorate the image or NFT in ‘My Room’ that is related to IP held by companies, or if the company issues NFT. (Discussion between companies is required, I think.)

For example, in the case of game companies, game service items (sword, shield) are also possible.

4. I think the revitalization of our market is an important part of JEFF World’s success or failure. Is there a way to bring in new users (buyers) other than the first land buyer?

- The metaverse is a grand world. For that world to grow bigger, there must be many users, so the prerequisite for enjoying Jeff World is not limited to the Land.

You can earn profits when you experience content or experience it in a metaverse. Of course, it’s more advantageous to have the Land. Our target audience is initially familiar with the crypto market, but JEFF aims to create Metaverse, which includes all ages, people familiar with the crypto market, and people who are not.

Regarding the inflow of new users, if web2 companies continue to flow in, I think it will be Jeff World where many companies and users actively create content while embracing the corporate community.

5. In total, 41,225 lands seem to be grand. Due to the recent decline in liquidity, the Land NFT, which was considered undefeated, is also slowing down. The other well-planned projects are not working thesedays. What do you think about concerns such as unfinished minting and price limitations?

- JEFF World’s 41,225 lands are a total of available land maximums, and only 9,725 are sold before the JEFF World service opens. After that, the quantity will be added when there are more users in JEFF World and the territory needs to be expanded. There are no plans for more than 9,725 plots so far.

Concerns about the new inflow of users may suggest that the market has not grown enough as much as expected. The team JEFF believes that the Metaverse market will grow into a large market. The goal for the project is to lead in the popularization of the Metaverse market. If more than 9,725 lands are issued, that will be an indicator of JEFF World’s growth.

6. Land and Avatar NFT will be the main NFT of JEFF World. Do you get tax or staking on the Land? I’m curious about the benefits for landholders.

- You can refer to the JEFF World Discord Server for the Landholder’s benefits. By simply saying, the Land Staking system will open in the future, and rewards will be boosted for the initial holder for one year on minting day. When you stake the lands, points that apply to multiple holders are also distributed separately. If you stack the points, we will provide you with enrollment on the Whitelist on land sale or PFP NFT, airdrop, and goods.

There’s a lease system that’s like a tax. JEFF World is the same concept as reality, so just as multiple landowners rent the rest of their homes except for one house, so is JEFF World. As the number of users continues to increase, the Land is limited, so you’ll need to rent it out. The rent costs are determined by supply and demand, and the NFT holder can earn additional income.

7. JEFF World has a partnership with Metakongz and Sunmiya Club, what role does this project plan to play in JEFF World Metaverse in the future? I think Domino’s Pizza has a connection to reality in mind. I’d like to know which companies in the real world are considered collaborative.

- JEFF World is a community-type metaverse. Each NFT project has its community members who can create their own culture in one space. The collaboration project will be a landmark zone, so it will be a Metaverse that the community can enjoy together. In the case of Metakongz, there are 10,000 PFPs, but we are working on 3D. Not only Metakongz but also other NFTs can be 3D and modeled. Large projects collaborate a lot with companies, but small projects can be difficult to meet. So, I’m going to connect to merchandise and merchandise.

Since JEFF World is known to both web2 and web3 companies, it will be able to play the same role as a platform hub between NFT projects and companies.

8. One of the problems with Land NFT is the value deviation between regions with high and non-reality, depending on the spot. Does JEFF World have a solution to this?

- Geographical factors are bound to work. I think it will naturally become expensive in areas with interesting content in JEFF World. I think the solution lies in the transportation network. We have partnered with SRT operator SR among our partners. Metaverse history will be created in JEFF World, so I think there will be a relatively small number of marginalized areas. In addition, SRT will also be able to book tickets linked to reality.

9–1. How did you start the project, how did the team members make it, and what was the direction?

- JEFF is an affiliate of Danal and was established to expand the Metaverse business. Team JEFF has many payment experts and game developers to develop Metaverse. And like me, there are many people based on finance, so I pay a lot of attention to the design of Tokenomics.

9–2. Existing successful projects have greatly contributed to growth with easy mobile-based accessibility. Can JEFF World also be accessed and used through mobile?

- The initial development planning and development of JEFF World was a mobile service. However, to increase the quality and speed of development, the PC version will open first, but the mobile version will do one after another as soon as possible. If the mobile version is launched, the connection with offline companies can be increased, so I think various content can release.

9–3. Do you have plans for multi-chain or cross-chain in the future?

- As you can see from the partnership NFT project, we have it regardless of Ethereum or Clayton. Because JEFF World is a community based Metaverse, it is now in ETH Chain, but you can go to Multi-Chain later.

10. (Tokonomics Question) Do you have a plan to keep the price of the token?

- With tokens issued, it seems difficult to prevent supply growth only within the crypto ecosystem. So, I think a constant inflow of external funds is one of the solutions. There are many web2 companies in JEFF World, and once the company is paid for renting space, it will be put into Token-buy-Back. As the inflow of users and companies increases, the amount of buyback will also increase, and I think we can create a stable token ecosystem. It can be used as incineration or a reward for buyback, which can vary depending on the situation.

11. It is expected because of partners connected to real life such as domino’s pizza and SRT, but I think overseas users should get to know you more. Do you have any plans for an event abroad?

- JEFF has a long view of the Metaverse business. Jeff advocates a global project, but in the beginning, the proportion of Korea will inevitably be high. If we show JEFF World’s direction and technology, we will be able to grow in the global market. We can partner with a U.S. company, not related to payment, and you can extend 3D PFP to overseas communities as a strength.

12. What functions does the art center have? If it’s a gallery, is it a place where creators reveal their works and sell them?

- The art market is growing quite fast in the NFT market. We found positive intentions to participate in the NFT market when artists and galleries meet. We are planning to get NFT works sourced from creators.

You can use the JEFF World platform to support activities like releasing or selling the artist’s work and serve as a lunch pad. If you collect 120 points from JEFF World’s multiple holder benefits, you airdrop the JEFF collaboration pass. You can understand this as a private benefit that only a few can have.

13. What’s the last word of JEFF World?

- JEFF operates the Metaverse service for a long time. And we are working hard on the token economy and land structures to create a grand project. The community can’t be left out of NFT. We will continue to listen to the development of the community and work hard. Thank you.

아직 제프월드 메타버스에 순간이동이 기술이 없는 것으로 파악이 되었는데 혹시 텔레포트 기술이 개발이 되었을까요?

- 제프월드 공간 안에 도미노피자 입점 예정(MOU 파트너사)이며 아바타가 해당 공간을 방문하는 방식입니다. 제프는 다날의 계열사로, 페이코인 운영사인 다날핀테크가 제프의 최대 주주입니다. 제프월드 내에서 페이코인 타운이 입점 예정입니다. 이 페이코인(PCI)를 활용해서 배달할 수 있습니다.

제프월드 내에서는 기본적으로 직접 이동해야 합니다. 다만 최근 진행한 땡큐 민팅에서 공개된 워프 10회 이용권을 활용하거나 다수의 랜드를 보유하면 집과 집 간에 텔레포트 방식으로 이동할 수 있습니다.

1. 82하우스와 파트너십을 맺고 AMA을 진행하게 된 계기가 있다면?

- 82하우스는 국내뿐만 아니라 해외 프로젝트 소개도 잘해주시고 잘 알려진 알파 커뮤니티로 알고 있습니다. 그리고 투자자 입장에서 알고 있는 커뮤니티이기에, 프로젝트 대표이기 이전에 투자자로서 82하우스에서 제프월드를 소개할 수 있어 영광입니다.

2. 제프월드만의 특징은? 도미노 피자가 파트너십에 있는데 이후 오프라인 연계를 노린 파트너십인지 궁금하며 오프라인 회사와 파트너십이 꾸준히 이루어질지?

- 메타버스는 매우 초기 단계에 있는 산업입니다. 아직 플랫폼들도 많지 않고 대부분 준비 중이며, 모두 새로운 길을 걷고 있습니다. 그 어떠한 메타버스 서비스일지라도 그 세계 혹은 공간에 있는 것이 즐겁고 행복해야 한다고 봅니다. 그래서 제프월드가 시간을 쏟을 만큼의 가치가 있어야 한다고 생각합니다.

제프월드 유저는 메타버스 활동으로 보상을 가져갈 수 있기에 그것이 제프월드를 접속하는 이유 중 하나가 될 것입니다.

3. 마이룸을 다른 NFT로도 꾸밀 수 있을까요? MOU를 맺은 다른 생태계의 NFT 이미지를 액자로 장식할 수 있을까요?

- 기업들과 미팅을 해보니, 대부분 NFT 코인 발행에는 부정적이나 NFT 발행 자체는 긍정적으로 보고 있습니다. 시장 확장 측면에서 그렇게 봐주시는 것 같습니다.

기업들이 보유한 IP와 연관된 이미지, 혹은 해당 기업이 NFT를 실제로 발행한다고 했을 때 이미지 혹은 NFT를 ‘마이룸’에서 꾸미는 것이 가능할 거 같습니다. (기업 간의 사전 논의 필요)

예를 들어 게임 회사의 경우, 게임 서비스 아이템(검, 방패) 역시 가능하다고 봅니다.

4. 자체 마켓의 활성화가 제프월드의 성패를 가르는 중요한 부분이라고 봅니다. 첫 번째 랜드 구매자 말고 신규 유저(구매자) 유입 방안이 있을까요?

- 메타버스는 엄청나게 큰 세상입니다. 이 세상이 커지려면 유저가 많아야 하니, 제프월드를 즐길 수 있는 필수조건이 랜드에 국한되지는 않습니다.

메타버스 안에서 콘텐츠라던가 체험할 때 수익을 얻을 수 있습니다. 물론 랜드를 보유하면 더 유리하긴 합니다. 저희의 타깃층은 초반에는 크립토 시장에 익숙한 분들이 다수지만, 제프는 기본적으로 전 연령, 크립토 시장에 익숙한 사람(크립토), 그렇지 않은 사람(논 크립토) 모두를 포함하는 메타버스를 만드는 것이 목표입니다.

신규 유저 유입에 대한 내용은, web2 기업이 꾸준히 유입된다면 기업의 커뮤니티를 품으면서 많은 기업과 유저가 활발하게 컨텐츠를 만들어가는 제프월드가 되지 않을까 생각합니다.

5. 총 41,225개의 랜드의 개수가 많아 보이기도 합니다. 최근 유동성 감소로 인한 하락장으로 인해 불패라고 여겨졌던 랜드 NFT도 주춤하고 있고 잘 기획된 프로젝트도 힘을 못 쓰고 있습니다. 이런 시기에 민팅 미완판이나 가격 상승 제한 등의 우려에 대해 어떻게 생각하시는지?

- 제프월드의 41,225개 랜드는 총 발행할 수 있는 랜드 최대치이고, 제프월드 오픈까지 판매되는 수량은 9,725개에 불과합니다. 이후 수량은 제프월드 안에 유저가 많아져서 영도 확장해야 하는 상황이 왔을 때 추가로 진행할 예정입니다. 9,725개 이상의 수치에 대한 계획은 없습니다.

- 제프는 다날의 계열사이며, 메타버스 사업 확장을 위해 설립되었습니다. 제프 팀에는 결제 분야 전문가와 메타버스 개발을 위해 게임 개발자분들이 많이 오셨습니다. 그리고 저처럼 금융을 베이스로 한 인력도 다수 포진되어 토크노믹스 설계에 신경을 많이 쓰고 있습니다.

9–2. 기존 성공했던 프로젝트는 모바일 기반의 쉬운 접근성이 성장에 크게 기여했습니다. 제프월드도 모바일을 통한 접근 및 사용이 가능할까요?

- 제프월드의 초기 개발 기획 및 개발은 모바일 서비스였습니다. 그러나 개발 퀄리티와 속도를 높이기 위해 PC 버전이 우선 오픈될 예정이지만, 오픈 이후 빠른 시일 안에 모바일 버전도 오픈 예정입니다. 모바일까지 오픈하게 되면 오프라인 업체와 연계성이 높아질 수 있어, 다양한 콘텐츠가 나올 수 있다고 생각합니다.

9–3. 추후 멀티체인, 크로스 체인 계획이 있나요?

- 파트너십을 맺은 NFT 프로젝트를 보시면 아시겠지만, 이더리움, 클레이튼 상관없이 맺고 있습니다. 제프월드는 커뮤니티 기반의 메타버스이기 때문에 지금은 이더 체인으로 진행되지만, 추후에는 멀티 체인으로 갈 수 있습니다.

10. (토크노믹스 질문) 토큰의 가격 유지 계획이 있다면?

- 토큰이 발행되는 상황에서 크립토 생태계 내에서만 공급 증가를 막는 것은 어려워 보입니다. 그래서 외부 자금의 지속적인 유입이 해결방안 중 하나라고 생각합니다. 제프월드 안에 많은 web2 기업이 입점하는데, 기업에게 공간을 임대한 비용이 지급되면 토큰 바이백에 투입될 예정입니다. 유저와 기업 유입이 증가하게 되면 바이백 금액 역시 늘어날 것이고, 안정적인 토큰 생태계를 만들어갈 수 있지 않을까 생각합니다. 바이백할 때 소각 혹은 리워드로 쓰일 수 있는데, 상황에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.

11. 도미노피자, SRT 등 실생활과 연결된 파트너로 인해 기대되지만, 해외 유저가 유입되어야 한다고 생각합니다. 해외에서 이벤트 계획이 있나요?

- 제프는 메타버스 사업을 길게 보고 있습니다. 제프는 글로벌 프로젝트를 표방하지만, 초반에는 국내 비중이 높을 수밖에 없을 것 같습니다. 제프월드의 방향성, 기술력을 보여주면 글로벌 시장에서도 성장할 수 있을 거로 생각합니다. 결제관련은 아니지만, 미국 기업과 파트너십을 맺을 수도 있고, 3D PFP를 강점으로 해외 커뮤니티로 확장할 수 있을 것입니다.

12. 아트센터는 어떤 기능을 하게 되나요? 갤러리라면 크리에이터가 자기 작품을 공개하고 매매가 이뤄지는 공간일까요?

- NFT 시장에서 아트 시장이 상당이 빠른 성장을 하고 있습니다. 그래서 많은 작가분과 갤러리와 미팅을 해보면 NFT 시장에 참여할 의사를 많이 가지고 계십니다. 크리에이터분들로부터 NFT 작품을 소싱받을 예정입니다.
