❗ Precautions

- This event is only for LAND #1 ~ 1519 holders.

- The Lottery Ticket will be given to the same address and NFT. (DO NOT TRANSFER NFTs to another wallet within the event period!)

- The listed land NFT on Opensea cannot get a lottery ticket.

- Of the NFTs taken in Snapshot #3, only the staked NFTs will be given a lottery ticket.

- If winning a prize, you must remain in a hold and stake NFTs until you receive the prizes. (the prize giving is scheduled for October.)

- Duplicate NFT(Token ID) cannot win. (Higher value prize will be assigned)

Q&A

1. Is it possible to stake an NFT moved to a cold wallet?

- Staking service under development can only be connected with a meta mask, but cold wallet support such as Decent will be provided. (TBA)

2. If I move NFT to another wallet, will the benefits be reset?

- If you participate in the Staking Boosting campaign, you can receive an additional 75% reward until you unstake it. However, token rewards are retroactively paid according to the holding period as of the last transaction. There may be differences in token rewards that apply retroactively when moving wallets.

3. Any Mint schedules in the future, such as the 2nd and 3rd land sales?

- The announcement will be made in October.

4. Tell us about the benefits of using SR(Suseo-railway) in JEFF World

- When payment is made in connection with reality, it will be linked with Paycoin.

- Paycoin, which offers a large discount on a regular or spot-like basis, will give benefit you from SRT purchases.

- Earn $JEFF when purchasing from JEFF World to Paycoin based on Buy to Earn (B2E) system.

5. What’s the rarest scene? Do you have a rarity chart of Each scene?

- Distribution chart of each scene: Smeade (58.9%) > Olivan (14.8%) > Kinds (10.9%) > Boban (8.8%) > Altonnoc (6.6%)

- Every scene has a partner company or business district, so all scenes have geographical advantages.

6. Place of use and incineration of Jeff Token($JEFF)

- JEFF World aims to serve as a bridgehead between real-world Web2 companies and Web3.

- Since there is a limit to resolving inflation only in the crypto internal environment, JEFF plans to use funds generated by collaboration with Web2 companies to buy back and incinerate tokens.

7. Please leave a comment on the forecast of a drop in Grade 1 prices after the rebill

- Holder benefits, including utilities, exist, and Grade 1 holders earn benefits of about 15,000 KRW per month and 180,000 KRW per year. I think the price stability of $JEFF that is scheduled to be issued in the future is the key. As mentioned earlier, we will try to make an upward evaluation of the value of JEFF tokens.

8. How much can I decorate my JEFFLAND?

- Contents related to activities to decorate the interior of the house are being planned. (Exterior decoration is not possible now.)

- It is currently not possible to decorate the exterior, but we plan to add a function to attach a badge to the exterior of my NFT symbol.

9. Do you plan related to DEX?

- Will collaborate with DEX exchange.

- We are preparing a plan to implement a bank that can utilize the strength of Metaverse and give you the experience of trading tokens in real life.

Q&A

1. 콜드월렛으로 옮긴 NFT도 스테이킹할 수 있나요?

- 개발 중인 스테이킹 서비스는 메타마스크로만 연결 가능하나, 디센트 등 콜드월렛 지원 예정. 추후 공지 예정.

2. NFT를 다른 지갑으로 옮기면 혜택이 리셋되나요?

- 스테이킹 부스팅 캠페인 참여시, 75%의 추가 리워드 지급 가능. 다만 마지막 트랜잭션 기준으로 홀딩기간에 따라 토큰 리워드를 소급 지급됨. 지갑 이동 시 소급 적용되는 토큰 리워드에 차이가 있을 수 있음.

3. 2차, 3차 랜드세일 등 차후 민팅 일정이 있나요?

- 10월 중 공지 예정.

4. 파트너사 SR 이용 혜택

- 현실 연동 결제 시, 페이코인과 연동할 예정.

- 상시 혹은 스팟성으로 큰 폭의 할인을 제공하는 페이코인을 이를 활용하여 SRT 구매 시 혜택이 돌아갈 예정.

- 모든 씬에는 파트너사, 즉 상권이 포진되어 있어 지역별 레어리티는 중요하지 않을 것.

6. 제프토큰의 사용처 및 소각처

- 제프월드는 현실 Web2 기업과 Web3를 연결하는 교두보 역할을 지향

- 크립토 내부 환경만으로 인플레이션 해결에 한계가 존재하기에 Web2 기업과의 협업으로 발생한 자금을 활용하여 토큰 바이백 및 소각할 계획

7. 리빌 이후의 Grade 1 가격 하락 예상에 대한 의견

- 실물 유틸리티를 포함한 홀더 혜택들이 존재하며, Grade 1 보유자는 약 월 15,000원, 연 180,000원의 실물 혜택을 획득합니다. 추후 발행 예정인 $JEFF의 가격 안정성이 관건이라 생각합니다. 앞서 언급했듯이 제프의 원화 기반 BM 등 제프 토큰의 가치 상향 평가를 받을 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.

8. 내가 소유한 제프랜드를 얼마나 꾸밀 수 있나요?

- 집의 내부를 꾸미는 활동 관련 콘텐츠 기획 중. (외관 꾸미기는 불가)

- 외관 꾸미기는 현재 불가하나, 내가 가진 NFT 심볼을 외관에 배지를 다는 기능 추가 예정.

9. DEX 계획 여부

- DEX 거래소와 협업 예정.

- 메타버스의 강점을 살릴 수 있는, 은행을 구현해 현실에서 토큰을 거래하는 경험을 줄 수 있는 기획 준비 중.
